Bars & Traybakes

All of our bars are available individually at various London Farmers' Markets, or can be ordered and bought by the tray ready for eating or freezing.
 

	Triple Chocolate Brownies Miriam’s famous brownies, the creation that started us off! A delicious moist and rich chocolatey brownie made with rich organic, Fairtrade cocoa, chunks of organic, Green and Black's white and milk chocolate, and raisins.
	Shortbread A light all butter shortbread, baked in rounds, and sold cut into traditional wedges. These are naturally egg free.
	Lazy Daisy Coconut and Pecan Bars A tender sponge base, with a scrumptious caramelised coconut and pecan topping- a very American invention!
	Honey and Almond Bars A shortbread base with soft almond filling, topped with a crunchy honey caramelised flaked almonds, made with local Harrow honey.
	Rhubarb Slice A rich soft vanilla sponge is studded with rosy rhubarb and dusted with icing sugar. Delicious served warm with cream.
	Lemon Bars A zesty lemon shortbread base is topped with a tart, silky smooth lemon curd made with our favourite unwaxed, Fairtrade lemons.
