Loaf Cakes
All our loaf cakes are available as 1lb or 2lb loaf cakes, and are also sold by the slice at farmers markets. As everything is freshly made,
it is perfect for either eating immediately or home freezing.

	St Clement’s Fruit Loaf A moist fruity cake, rich with raisins and spice with a hint of fresh orange and lemon. There are two toppings to choose from: a crunchy topping of flaked almonds or a light orange and lemon glaze, which imparts an extra fruitiness to the cake. As an added bonus, this cake is dairy and fat free; no added butter!
	Lemon Drizzle Cake A traditional loaf cake, luscious with fresh lemons and drenched in lemon syrup.
	Banana Tea Bread A lovely tea loaf, moist with organic Fairtrade bananas and raisins. Delicious spread with butter or cream cheese at tea time.

Cupcakes
We have a range of cupcakes – which are of course all hand decorated with a variety of mouth watering toppings, our range includes:

	Vanilla Cupcakes A light buttery sponge made with pure vanilla extract, topped with our classic vanilla buttercream .
	Chocolate Cupcakes A rich chocolate sponge made with Green and Black’s organic Fairtrade cocoa, covered in a creamy chocolate topping.
	Mint Chocolate Cupcakes Rich chocolate cake with pieces of mint chocolate and a fresh cream topping made with natural peppermint oil and decorated with chocolate shavings.
	Lemon Cupcakes A zesty lemon cake made with unwaxed, Fairtrade lemons, iced with a fresh lemon buttercream.

Whole Round Cakes
These cakes are perfect for a small celebration or a special tea. Each cake is available at market in a 18cm round, or by the slice. We will bake larger cakes to order as required.

	Clementine Almond Cake An exceptionally moist citrussy cake made with the whole fruit and ground almonds. Also, this cake is gluten, wheat and dairy free. One customer calls it our ‘miracle cake’!
	Victoria Sandwich A light traditional sponge, filled with fresh cream and our homemade whole strawberry conserve and dusted with icing sugar.
	Extra Chocolatey Cake A moist chocolate sponge rich with Green and Black’s organic Fairtrade cocoa, filled and smothered in a creamy chocolate icing. A true indulgence and a perfect celebration cake.
	Carrot Cake A moist spiced cake packed with juicy British organic carrots, raisins and walnuts, balanced with a traditionally American cream cheese icing and circled with halved walnuts.
