All our cakes and treats are made with local
artisan produced unsalted butter - no
fillers, margarines or white fats - and
organic flour, local free range eggs and
fair trade cane sugar. All our cakes and
treats are completely natural, no artificial
colours, flavours or additives.
If you would like us to bake gluten free,
egg free, nut free or dairy free, please do
let
us know.
Loaf Cakes
All our loaf cakes are available as whole
cakes, and are also sold by the slice at
Farmers' Markets. As everything is freshly
made, they are perfect for either eating
immediately or home freezing.

soaked raisins and currants and dark
with unrefined fair trade sugar and
spice; with orange and lemon peel for
