Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, a new
job, buying a new home, recently got
engaged, hosting a hen’s night, getting
married or celebrating a Christening or
anniversary, our delicious selection of
cakes are the perfect addition to your
celebration.
All our cakes are made with local artisan
produced unsalted butter - no fillers or
white fats - and organic flour, local free
range eggs and fair trade cane sugar. We
only use colourings if requested by our
customers, otherwise all our cakes are
completely natural, no artificial colours,
flavours or additives.
We offer a choice of cakes that you can
chose from for your celebration cake:
 Vanilla
Sponge
A light buttery sponge made with pure
vanilla extract, filled with homemade whole
strawberry conserve.

 Chocolate
Fudge Cake
A rich chocolate cake made with organic
Fairtrade
cocoa sandwiched with a rich chocolate fudge
frosting.

 Rich
Fruit Cake
A twist on the traditional – a dense, moist
fruity cake packed with raisins, currants,
cherries and nuts; dark
with treacle and unrefined sugar, with the
optional
addition of French Brandy.

We bake in shapes and sizes to meet your
requirements, whether than be round, square,
a specific number or a novelty cake!
We can then decorate and personalize your
cake with either a fresh butter cream
frosting or a soft fondant sugar paste icing.
We are able to personalize your cake with
messages, themes, characters or even photos
and logos. We also make fresh cream and
fresh fruit gateaux.
We can incorporate cupcakes into your
celebration cake as part of the cake, or as
an additional feature e.g. cupcake towers
topped with a feature ‘cutting’ cake or to
spell out a name or message around a
celebration cake.
Slice of wedding cake or cupcakes can be
made and boxed to your requirements as
wedding favours.
