We want to make enjoying cakes easy. Our wide range of baked goods includes ‘free-from’ options such as vegan, gluten, nut, egg or dairy free. We are always happy to bake to your specific dietary requirements - just give us a call, or contact us by e-mail for more details.
Our cakes are baked in an environment where gluten, dairy and egg ingredients are used. Cakes may contain traces of nuts or soya.
For customers wishing to avoid gluten in their diets, we offer a choice of cakes including: Chocolate, Carrot, Clementine and Almond, Orange and Berry Polenta and Flourless Brownies as part of our ‘Free-from’ range. Products within the range are made using non-gluten containing ingredients in an environment where gluten-containing ingredients are used.
For customers wishing to avoid dairy in their diet we offer a choice of cakes including: Chocolate, Mocha, Espresso, Clementine and Almond, Banana and Pecan and St Clements’s Fruit Cake as part of our ‘Free-from’ range. Products within the range are made using non-dairy containing ingredients in an environment where dairy-containing ingredients are used.
For customers wishing to avoid eggs in their diet we offer a choice of cakes including: Chocolate, Mocha, Carrot and Banana and Pecan as part of our ‘Free–from’ range. Products within the range are made without eggs in an environment where eggs are used.
All of our products are suitable for vegetarians.
Artisan and natural
All our baked goods are made fresh to order with local ingredients. We strive to buy our ingredients locally, direct from local farms and from stallholders at Farmers' Markets to produce our delicious delights. We keep our food miles low by using local producers, alongside minimising waste by using reusable delivery boxes and biodegradable, compostable packaging.
All our cakes are natural, with no artificial colours, flavours or additives. We never use GM products, artificial preservatives or additives.
