The dough spends up to 24 hours fermenting & developing before being baked. Resulting in bread with incredible depth of flavour & a wonderful texture. A soft airy crumb, with a chewy crust.

Choose if you want to add another half loaf - 600g of sourdough or add a whole large 1.2kg sliced  sourdough loaf. White or brown options available.

Allergens: Contains wheat gluten. May contain other cereals containing gluten, nuts, eggs, sesame, soya
